How long does delivery take?

We usually get deliveries completed within 3-4 working days. However, if you need your order urgently, please contact us via email (weareshadesg@gmail.com), our online chat, or DM us via Instagram (@weareshadesg) and we'll see what we can do to help.

 

How will my items be delivered?

We send parcels via courier (usually QXpress or Janio) at a rate of $4 (shipping is waived for orders above $50). 

 

Why do we need your contact number in order to process the order?

The courier company needs your contact number in case the courier needs to contact you urgently during delivery (no one's at home or there's restricted access). If you're uncomfortable with disclosing your contact number, not to worry! It's an optional choice; just be sure that the courier will be allowed access to your address, or there's someone to receive your item.

 

What do I do if I receive a wrong or defective item, or the parcel is late or lost?

We apologise for the mix up! Please contact us via email, our online chat, or DM us via Instagram, and we'll get the issue sorted as soon as possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses that are located within Singapore.

 

Do you have a return policy?

Once the order is placed, we do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty. Please bear in mind that we are a small handmade business, so please go easy on us!

 

Do you do bulk/wholesale orders for wedding, party and corporate events?
